JAMMU, July 14: The Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain has ordered the transfer and posting of 5 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs).

As per an order, Hamid Ali Banday, DySP PC/SDPO Surankote, has been transferred and posted as SDPO Handwara, Ajaz Ahmed, SDPO Mahore, has been transferred and posted as DySP PC/SDPO Surankote, Satish Kumar, SDPO Handwara, has been transferred and posted as DySP Headquarters Rajouri, Parupkar Singh, DySP CID SB Udhampur-Reasi has been transferred and posted as SDPO Thannamandi, and Sayed Aqeel Shah, DySP CID CI Rajouri has been transferred and posted as DySP PC Poonch against OAR post.
Further, it has been ordered that Viqar Yonous Batt, SDPO Thannamandi, and Ashwani Kumar, DySP Headquarters Rajouri, shall report to Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ) Jammu and await orders of posting.
