RAJOURI, May 15: Acting swiftly, District Police Rajouri has arrested all the accused persons, who were allegedly involved in a sacrilegious act in Gundha area, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Budhal in Khwas Tehsil on last Thursday.
A case FIR number 44/2021, under section 295A, 429 IPC was registered following a complaint in this connection at PS Budhal and investigation was immediately initiated.
Based on examination of witnesses and technical evidences, four prime accused in the case, who were evading arrest, were meticulously tracked by the police party. Several police teams were deputed to raid the suspected locations and consequently all the four main accused in the case were arrested today.
Further legal formalities in the case are underway and the Police authorities have impressed upon people to maintain calm and repose faith in the legal process.
