RAMBAN, Jan 22: Police Component recovered a missing teenager.
As per police sources, information was received at Police Station Ramban from Incharge Police Post Humhama Srinagar that a person namely Salman Ashraf Mir, son of Mohammad Ashraf Mir of G3 Friends Enclave, Humhama reported that his domestic servant namely Bisjit Sukla (19), son of Manash Sukla of Banda Sarganga, Assam is missing from his home since January 21, 2022. It was further informed that the missing boy has moved towards Jammu.
Acting swiftly on the information, a special police Naka was established and the said missing teenager was apprehended by police party headed by Incharge Police Component Ramban ASI Nasir Ahmed from a passenger vehicle.
The said missing person was later handed over to the police party of Police Post Humhama as per rules.
The entire recovery was affected by Ramban Police under the supervision of SP Ramban Mohita Sharma.
