Life Lessons
Some students make me realise how privileged I am.
Some students make me realise what hard work really is.
Some students make me realise what humbleness is.
Some students make me realise how lucky I am.
Some students make me realise how less knowledge I have.
Some students make me realise the meaning of life.
I just teach them syllabus but they teach me life lessons.

When I look at my books,
Anxiety takes over my head.
I don’t want to go to school,
Rather sit on my bed.
“When sill I start reading,
When sill I start revisions.”
Dreams of failure,
Now seem like visions.
Drowned in sadness,
But I hear a voice in my ears.
It says start reading your books,
And stop losing these tears!
I think I got it,
Just make some notes and draw a diagram
Wait tomorrow is not Maths,
Tomorrow is the English Exam!

MY DESIRES!!
I wish I become as transparent as water,
To fulfil the thirst of poor.
I wish I become as pure as air,
Make everyone feel happier.
I wish I become as tall as tree,
Able to give shade to others.
I wish I become as clear as raindrop,
As it symbolises acceptance and surrender.
I wish I become as bright as sunlight,
Able to spread positivity in everyone’s life.

‘Be grateful to God’
Peace resides in ecstasy, not in the news,
Bliss is life, its shades and hues;
Unique one is everybody’s story,
Make sure it’s good, maintain decency and glory.
At anytime friends turn foes,
Difficult it is to identify
Sheep and wolf, stand in rows.
Be generous, virtuous and kind,
Break the stereotypes, broaden the mind.
Whichever is thine, won’t be mine,
Spread your aura, let me shine,
Every morning, we open the eyes, a new birth,
Be grateful to God, alive we are, on the earth.
