UDHAMPUR, July 10: Shri Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha, Udhampur is organizing annual Akhand Jyoti cum Shobha Yatra of Pingla Mata on July14, 2024.
It was informed in a meeting convened under the chairmanship of President Adi Shakti Sewak Sanstha Pingla Mata Udhampur, Ashok Kumar Gupta, here today.
“The Sanstha is organizing 18th Pingla Mata Akhand Jyoti Yatra from Pandav Mandir, which after passing through various locations of the town, shall culminated at the starting point,” he said.
Swami Divyanand Puri Nangli Wale shall preside over and accompany the Shobha Yatra. The Akhand Jyoti would remain at Pandav Mandir and carried to Pingla Mata Cave Shrine on July 16, 2024 in a procession of devotees.
The President said that the Sanstha is organizing bus services from Udhampur to the village Kawua (pilgrimage point) for the pilgrimage. He called upon the devotees to book their bus tickets in advance for the better management of the yatra. He said that free langar facility would also be provided by the Sanstha at the cave shrine and enroute.
Elaborate arrangements of electricity, drinking water and security are being made by the district administration during the yatra.
Besides Ashok Kumar Gupta, Ajay Gudda, Manik Shah, Ankush Gupta and other members of the Santha took part in the meeting.
