JAMMU, July 13: The 13th Jammu District Shooting Championship commenced at Aim 10X Shooting Academy, Vikas Lane Talab Tillo, here today. Kuldeep Singh Jamwal, Chairman J&K Rifle Association declared the two day long Championship open by firing first shot at the target.
On the opening day, Pintu Hans of Mission Olympics Shooting Academy Jammu scored 374/400 in 10 meters Pistol competition in senior Men category. There were 30 shooters participated on day one in the competition in different categories in both men and women.
The matches are conducted under the supervision of Tarun Dev Singh Jamwal NIS Coach (Member Technical Committee JKRA) and Priya Chib. Others present at the opening ceremony were Vishal Mehra, Aman Chib, Shamsher Singh, Shruti Sharma and Anshika Bishnoi, all coaches of clubs.
