JAMMU, Sept 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address an election rally in Jammu on September 28.

The rally will be combined for 20 candidates of Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts which will go to polls in third and final phase of Assembly elections on October 1.
This will be fourth election rally of the Prime Minister in Jammu and Kashmir in the ongoing Assembly elections.
Earlier, Modi addressed the rallies at Doda, Srinagar and Katra.
