JAMMU, Sept 24: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has re-constituted the District Level Monitoring Committee(s) for monitoring the approved action plan for control of air pollution in Jammu and Srinagar cities.
Headed by the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu/Kashmir, the committee shall be comprising District Manager, Jammu/Srinagar, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jammu/Srinagar and Regional Director, Pollution Control Committee, Jammu/Srinagar as the Members,
The committee(s) shall review the progress and ensure smooth implementation of Action Plan for improving air quality in Jammu and Srinagar cities.
