JAMMU, Sept 26: Chief Justice (A) Tashi Rabstan has constituted the Commercial Division Benches in both the wings of High Court of J&K and Ladakh for hearing and disposal of all suits and applications relating to commercial disputes including arbitration proceedings relating to commercial disputes filed/pending on the original side of the court.

The Commercial Division Benches have been constituted in terms of Section 4 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 till further orders.
The Commercial Division Bench for Srinagar Wing will be comprised of Justice Sanjay Dhar and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi while Commercial Division Bench for Jammu Wing will be comprised of Justice Mohd Akram Chowdhary and Justice Rajesh Sekhri, read an order issued by Registrar General.
