JAMMU, Sept 26: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the vacant courts/posts of Secretary District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs)/Principal Magistrates Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) to 12 Judicial Officers.
As per the order issued by Registrar General, additional charge of post of Secretary DLSA Leh and Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Kargil have been assigned to Special Mobile Magistrate Leh and CJM Kargil respectively.
The charge of Principal Magistrate JJB Leh has been assigned to Munsiff Nobra, charge of Principal JJB Kargil to Munsiff Sankoo, charge of Munsiff Sogam to Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Kralpora, charge of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Shopian to Munsiff Shopian, charge of Munsiff Boniyar to Munsiff Baramulla, charge of Munsiff Zanskar to Munsiff Sankoo, charge of Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Bandipora to Munsiff Bandipora.
Similarly, charge of Munsiff Dangiwacha has been assigned to District Mobile Magistrate (T) Sopore, charge of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Chandoosa to Munsiff Tangmarg, charge of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Pantha Chowk to Addl Mobile Magistrate (T) Srinagar, charge of Munsiff Magam to Munsiff/Additional Spl Mobile Magistrate Beerwah and charge of Munsiff Shangus has been charged to Munsiff Dooru.
