JAMMU, Nov 2: CJM Samba Ajay Gupta has rejected the bail application of Akhter Ali, a notorious thief allegedly involved in various theft cases.
After hearing APP Anil Saini for the State whereas Advocate Deepak Gupta for the applicant, the court observed, “it has been prima facie established by the prosecution that the accused is involved in so many cases of theft which have been conducted in the current year itself as such he is not entitled to bail”.
