JAMMU, Sept 29: Congress working president, J&K, and ex-Corporator Bhanu Mahajan today expressed confidence in the victory of Taranjit Singh Tony, Congress candidate from Bahu constituency.
In this regard, a grand Shakti Pardarshan rally was organized here today. During the rally hundreds of Congress and NC workers including ex-Corporators Dwarka Chowdhary, Sham Lal Basson and NC District President Tejinder Pal Singh Aman participated.
The rally passed through every locality in Bahu, received an overwhelming response, with enthusiastic crowds gathering to welcome Tony at each stop.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhanu Mahajan said, “The turnout and energy at Tony’s rally clearly indicate a landslide victory for the INDI Alliance candidate in Bahu constituency.”
She praised Tony’s dedication and commitment to public service, which, according to her, will secure a decisive victory in the upcoming election.
“Tony’s Shakti Pradarshan rally is a testament to the overwhelming support he has garnered from the people,” she said and further urged the people to ensure maximum participation in the 3rd phase of polling on October 1, emphasizing that every vote counts in strengthening the Congress and the INDI Alliance.
