JAMMU, Sept 28: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and contesting candidate from Bahu Assembly segment, Vikram Randhawa today stated that his party is committed to empower the youth and underprivileged sections of the society.
Addressing series of public meeting at Nanak Nagar and its adjoining areas, Randhawa termed the party’s manifesto as “people’s manifesto” and claimed that this document vindicates party’s commitment to all the sections of the society.
Randhawa shared his vision of transforming Bahu constituency into a model region with state-of-the-art facilities.
He highlighted the unprecedented development in Jammu and Kashmir under PM Modi, citing progress in education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
Addressing the crowd, Randhawa reiterated that Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir, is a thing of the past following its abrogation in August 2019.
He dismissed any possibility of its return, asserting that the article had fueled separatism and driven youth towards terrorism.
“Article 370 is no longer part of the constitution, and it will never return,” he declared.
Randhawa assured that the BJP’s manifesto addresses the concerns of daily wagers, home guards, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, youth, and government employees.
He reaffirmed the party’s mission of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas,” emphasizing inclusive development for all.
Urging the public to vote and participate in the democratic process, Randhawa reiterated his commitment to ensuring access to basic facilities and growth opportunities for the people of Bahu constituency.
He noted that under PM Modi’s leadership, Jammu and Kashmir has entered a new era of development, with the BJP focused on empowering all sections of society for a brighter future.
