SRINAGAR, July 15: Parvez Rasool, an International Cricketer from Jammu & Kashmir, called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, here today.
He briefed the Lt Governor on his endeavours to promote sports in the region.
Pertinently, Parvez Rasool was the second cricketer after Mithun Manhas from J&K to have played in the IPL and the first from the erstwhile state to play for the Indian National Team in ODI’s and T20I’s.
