Driver dies as Tipper falls into gorge in Budhal

RAJOURI, Sept 21: A young driver was killed after a Tipper went out of control and fell into a gorge in remote Budhal area of district Rajouri last night.
A police spokesman said that the mishap took place at around 9 pm on Friday when the driver, Rameez Raja (25), son of Naib Sarpanch, Bader Din of Budhal was going home. The vehicle went out of control and fell onto a deep gorge near Budhal, resulting into on the spot death of the driver.
His body was later shifted to Budhal hospital late night. The police has taken cognizance of the matter. Some mechanical failure was said to be the reason behind the mishap.
