JAMMU, Aug 23: Three-month-long G-I Fitter/ Electrician Course concluded today at Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur in which police personnel from Telecommunication wing participated.
The course was conducted for the first time in the Institute as earlier such courses were being held out of UT J&K. The objective of the courses was to hone the skills of police personnel and enhance their capabilities in performing the technical work efficiently.
On the, occasion a valedictory function after completion of examination by the constituted board was organized which was graced by Dushyant Sharma, SSP PTTI Vijaypur. While speaking on the occasion, the officer said that the trainees of the course gained the knowledge of technical aspects of all electrical gadgets/techniques in depth which would definitely help them in performing the technical work effectively and efficiently.
The officer wished all the participants all the best for their future endeavors. Among others, Khushwant Singh (Deputy SP-Administration), SP Singh (Deputy SP-Indoor/Tech), Asif Iqbal (senior PO), Inspector Kulbir Singh, Inspector Ram Lal (CLI), Inspector Surrinder Singh (CDI), Inspector Himanshu Dutta (CTI), SI Sulinder Singh (SM-Outdoor) and ASI(T) Randeep Singh (course coordinator) of PTTI Vijaypur were present on the occasion.
