JAMMU, Sept 12: In a significant move to bolster youth engagement and national spirit, Wing Commander M.M Joshi (Retd), National Commissioner of Scouts & Guides, recently engaged in a productive dialogue with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Tiger Division.
The meeting underscored the vital role that Scouts and Guides movement plays in fostering qualities such as discipline, patriotism, responsibility and service among young individuals.
During interaction, Wing Commander Joshi highlighted the critical need for instilling these core values in the youth today.
He emphasized how the Scouts and Guides framework provides a robust platform for nurturing these attributes, which are essential for personal and professional growth of young people.
