JAMMU, Aug 21: Shiv Sena (Bala Saheb Thackeray) Jammu and Kashmir unit launched membership and awareness campaign, here today.
Around 150 people influenced by the policies and ideas of the party joined Shiv Sena on very first day of the membership campaign in Arnia.
Speaking on the occasion, Shiv Sena J&K unit President, Manish Sahni, informed that this campaign has been started with the goal of involving at least one lakh fresh entrants in the party. He said that along with Jammu, this campaign will be extended to Kashmir.
President Mahila wing, Meenakshi Chibber, Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Vice president Balwant Singh, Sandeep Bhagat, Secretary Geeta Lakhotra and others were present on the occasion.
