JAMMU, Aug 26: Skiedeep Kour, a promising Badminton player from Jammu & Kashmir, has won a bronze medal at the Kodak India Junior International Series Badminton Championships 2024, held in Hyderabad. This achievement has brought great pride to the Union Territory, showcasing her talent on a national platform.
Previously, Skiedeep also secured a bronze medal at the All India Sub Junior Ranking Badminton Tournament in Bangalore last year. She is currently receiving training at the renowned Gopi Chand Badminton Academy in Hyderabad, honing her skills under top coaches.
Skiedeep has been selected to represent J&K in the North Zone Interstate Badminton Championships 2024, set to take place in Chandigarh from September 4 to 8. Her consistent performances continue to inspire young athletes in J&K.
