JAMMU, Oct 1: Politician Vikram Malhotra today clarified that he is not Director on board of the A3 Infrastructure company.
Referring to the News-item “ACB books J&K Bank Branch Manager, Politician, his brother”, Vikram Malhotra said that he had resigned from the company way back in 2014 and this can be verified from Registrar of Companies and all other relevant authorities.
He further said, “the A3 Infrastructure, to the best of my knowledge and belief and as also verified from most latest documents, is not in any willful default with the bank. An amount of Rs 5.8 crore already stands paid to the bank against a loan amount of Rs 5 crore. Payment of further amount against interest etc is under progress towards final settlement”.
