Turning dreams into reality is a hard nut to crack. There are nuances in the aim of an individual, when he’s in teenage, and when he enters adulthood. An age of childhood where everyone has some dreams of becoming a doctor, an engineer, a teacher, an astronaut, civil servant or an army man.
How many literally achieve, what they had aimed? This question is very hard to answer for those who are yet to get what they wanted in their childhood. In an age where most of us are confused, whether to continue our studies further or to look for a job Tahir Rufayee has set a benchmark by delivering something exceptional not only for him but for the masses as well.
22 years old and three companies to his credit – Tahir Rufayee, is a force to reckon with. Tahir Rufayee is putting numerous efforts for the economic growth and development of the state as well as the country. He believes, he works very hard and demands his pound of flesh. Being a budding entrepreneur is like walking on the edge of cliff, and with too many risks involved, it is never a cake walk.
The person who took every mistake and every failure, a blessing and a gift, believes they all are learning opportunities for him and he takes pride in his mistakes, which gives you an opportunity to improve upon them and come back even stronger, which one can easily find in his tremendous work as an entrepreneur.
How much time people waste searching endlessly for magic shortcuts to entrepreneurial success and fulfillment when the real path is staring them right in the face: real entrepreneurs who start real businesses that employ real people who provide real products and services to real customers. It is not an easy task to build a startup. One has to face lot of challenges, to make a difference in the minds of the people, and to make them feel he’s efficient enough. A person took a decision to make a place where unemployed youth should feel privileged to work without having limitations, where they can bring their own creativity and innovations to take the company forward.
Born to Ashraf Ali Sheikh and Zahira Parveen in the year 1996, Tahir completed his schooling from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Berraru in a remote village of District Doda and presently pursuing Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery from Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research. He never looked back to find the way to achieve the success as an entrepreneur. He firstly came with a news portal in the year 2016 to give journalism of wisdom to the folks which is motivated by a desire to sensitize masses and serving as an objective source of information. The main idea behind this was to take part in shaping and changing the scenario of present system in media. Since, then there were no full stops in his life. Besides, he came up with two more start-ups which are having professionals from the best colleges of India including IIT and NIT.
“During my school time I realised that there are so many challenges to get employment. Many examples are there in my mind where highly educated people are working with not more than 100 rupees a day and at that point of time I always had a thought : why can’t be I a jobs provider to unemployed masses and not a job seeker. As a result of it, today I am having more than 25 employees who are working great for the upliftment and welfare of the society.”
“One can easily find that the younger generation is dislodged and unenthusiastic towards the present scenario of the country. The reason behind it is very simple, which I can feel is that a person being well qualified is working in a private school just for the sake of Rs. 3000 to Rs.5000. There is no employment, so why should one study hard and get well educated is the mindset of many. This kind of mindset should be changed and one must always think’’.
If we want to make a change, one must need to take the ownership of our actions and see the situation as a mirror of our witty decisions and our inner being. When I was a kid, I used to see the world in a very small way. My thoughts were my world and the world is full of thoughts, I explored as many possibilities where I can reach to create a big difference in the growth of the country shares ‘Tahir Rufayee, the young entrepreneur.
Everyone wants shortcuts in their life, but there is no shortcut to get success and Tahir Rufayee has proven that with his persistence, perseverance, innovation, hard work, leadership that one has to be strong enough to jump over the hurdles. The journey towards entrepreneurship gave him sufficient insight of life in which he always accepted the responsibility for any circumstances which help the people to grow and to come out for the expectations of the society.
Tahir Rufayee says, ‘Why jobseekers, Why not job providers’, Starting a new setup and shape up the world to enable the upcoming generations to sensitize themselves to the next level of distinction. My main focus of 2019 is to generate employment in the remote areas and to give opportunity to deprived and weaker sections of the society.
